Outside:

Community Fire Pit: Located behind the office so it doesn't inconvenience anyone. Kick back, enjoy the fire, and meet some other guests at your convenience. Firewood is provided for free by the office.
Private Fire Pits: Wagon Wheel Farm House & Meadow View have private fire pits.
Lobster Cooker: An outdoor lobster cooker, large pot, and utensils are complimentary. Just let us know if you want to use them.
BBQ Propane Grill: A Weber propane grill is available at each cottage.
Wooded Trail: Guests can walk the private trail to Bay View Drive, which leads to Hadley Point Beach. It's a 10 minute walk to Bay View and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Bay View Drive is a desirable quiet road to walk, run, bike, etc.
Screened in Porch: Cottages #1 - #9 have screened in porches for outdoor enjoyment bug free.
